The cellphone has become a part of people`s daily life. We use it to communicate with others, post pictures and update our profile. But I think spending too much time playing the cellphone is bad for us.
In order to use the cellphone properly, I set some rules for myself.for example, I only used my cellphone for 1 hour on weekends and let my parents supervise me. I benefit a lot from it . Firstly, I feel energetic and I can concentrate on my study. What`s more, I spend more time playing outdoors with my friends.
In my opinion , you should limit the time you spend on your cellphone. And it is suggested that you should develop an interest in other things, such reading and running.

With the Internet around us, we can get in touch with each other much easier. However, it has brought to us dangers as well. So it is very important to stay safe on the Internet. Here are some tips I`d like to share.
First, make sure you have privacy setting fully enabled, which will guard against your personal information from being stolen. Then, avoid questionable websites. In this way you can keep away from information that makes you uncomfortable.
