Without classes and exams, the summer vacation is an ideal time for kids. For me, Nancy, it means much more than not going to school. It is also a golden chance to spend time with my family because I have little time with them during the school year.

The 40th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival opens on January 5 in Harbin, the capital city of China’s northernmost Heilongjiang Province. Harbin Ice Festival started in 1985.
