What: Organizing the information in this way will get students to think about the "why" as they are reading the news reports. Then after reading the "how" passage, they can reflect on whether their reading was critical or not. Students can then re-read the news reports to apply both the "why" and the "how" knowledge they now have in order to practise reading critically.

In the same way, a community also needs news as the best source to provide proper information for judgement about its development. So, it is clear that news is critical for a community.
