I'm sorry to hear that you are worried about keeping up with the other students in your study, feeling anxious and lack of confidence. However, the situation is easy to change if you take my advice.
I recommend you to calm down and adjust yourself, because being worried and anxious is not good for your health. Besides, you should believe in yourself. As we all know, confidence is a key to success. Confidence makes you happy and creative. What's more, why not made a workable study plan. By doing this, you will catch up with others step by step. In order not to make things worse, you had better talk to your friends, parents and teachers, who will offer you some helpful suggestions.
