For seven years, the Czech government had plans to build a new dam and, though successfully getting necessary funds (money they need), the project failed to get started because the government struggled to get building permits.
But then, everyone woke up one morning in January to find that the job had been finished
Who did this job
-- Eight beavers.They did it for free.
Not only had these beavers built the dam in almost the same place that humans had planned construction, but they saved Czech government about $1.2 million.
