If..., ...will... 是if 引导的条件状语从句,if意为“如果,假如”。当主句是一般将来时态(谓语结构为 will + 动词原形 )时,if 引导的从句要用一般现在时。
make it “(按时)抵达;赶到;成功参与(活动、约定等)”,强调在有时间、事件等限制的情况下,能够达成 “到场、参与” 这件事。
