A Terrible but Lucky Morning (仿写
Last Monday started awfully for me.First, my bike got a flat tire, so I had to walk to school instead of riding it.WhileI was hurrying down the street with my heavy schoolbag, all of a sudden, a dog ran out in front of me and I almost tripped over it.Then, it started to rain heavily, and I didn’t have a raincoat with me.
By the timeI got to the school gate, my shoes and socks were completely wet.WhenI finally reached my classroom, out of breath, my math teacher was standing at the door with the exam papers in her hand. I thought I would definitely fail the exam because I was too flustered from the morning’s chaos. As a result, I was shocked when she said the exam was postponed to next week because the printer broke down! What a lucky turn on my terrible morning!

I pulled out my phone right away, ready to take photos of the fire in the park.
But my dad grabbed my arm and yelled, "We have to go now—the fire’s spreading fast!" I turned back and saw thick black smoke rising, and I knew he was right.
We ran to the street corner, and Dad called the fire department to tell them where the fire was. We also noticed some kids playing near the fire, so Dad waved to get them to run to safety with us.
