These are my grandparents. They're very kind to us.

Usage一般现在时的用法
She usually gets up very early and goes to work very early as well，这里表示经常的或习惯性的动作。
I’m sixteen years old，这里表示现在的状态。
They are very kind to us，这里则表示主语具备的性格、特征和能力等。
Usage一般现在时的用法
Beijing lies in the north of China，这里表示客观真理、客观存在、自然现象。
The train leave at six tomorrow morning，这里则表示按方案或安排进行，可用一般现在时代替将来时，但只限于start、 begin 、leave 、go、 come、 arrive 、return等词。
根据以下图表及示例，用一般现在时描述张茜工作日的作息安排。
