3. Write a page for a class wellness book.
An example
I will try to have vegetables with my meals and balance the different types of food groups. I won't eat too much of one thing. Also, I don't eat very big portions.
I used to eat a lot of fast food. So I didn't have much energy and I was a little overweight.
I will eat fruit and vegetables every day and only have fast food as a treat occasionally. Improving my diet will make me feel better, which will also make me feel more confident.

Your turn to write
I used to feel tired all the time and lacked energy, because I always enjoyed eating fast food. And I was a little overweight, too. I was worried about that and I wanted to change the situation.
Then, I stopped eating those fast food or junk food, and instead, I started adding fruit and vegetables to each meal. At the same time, I began to exercise regularly.
Now, I feel energetic and mentally sharp. I have also lost some weight. I am healthier and happier than before, and I am positive about everything that is going to happen.
