本单元的单元问题是How do we help others 旨在树立学生的责任意识、社会意识,指向学生的品格培养。 在前一课时中,学生已经学习了4个关于家务的短语:feed the pet , clean the floor , help my brother , clean the table . 以及运用I can ...来表达自己能承担家庭中的哪部分家务劳动。 在这一课时中: Listen and say 部分通过Sarah和Sam用Can you ... 互相询问对方能否承担一些家务劳动,并用Yes, I can .做出回应。 Do a survey部分要求学生能清楚了解调查表的构成和调查的形式。在实际生活中运用Can you help at home 来了解他人在实际生活中能承担的家务劳动,能对他人的询问进行回应表达。
教学目标
1.学生能够通过听录音、看图、看动画,能够理解对话大意。 2.能够听、说、认读核心句型“Can you ... Yes, I can .”能够运用所学语言询问与确认对方能做的家务,并对他人的回答给予一定评价。 3.能够听录音或看动画时模仿说话者的语音、语调,能够感知一般疑问句以及答语的升降调。 4.能够在实际中运用句型Can you... 了来了解他人在实际生活中能承担的家务劳动,能对他人的询问进行回应表达,并根据调查表进行汇报。
教学重难点
1.能够综合运用家务劳动的短语以及核心句型“Can you ...?”“Yes , I can .”来询问他人和做出回答。 2.理解调查表的构成和调查的操作方式。

You can help a lot. 通过开篇页的chant活跃课堂气氛。并为最后的chant创编做铺垫。 在John能否在家帮忙这一问题的引领下,对第一课时的动词短语滚动复现,并通过戴头套让学生以第一人称来复述John能做的事情。 从John过渡到学生自身,引导学生用I can...句型来表达自己在家能做的事情。并通过将学生能做的动词短语板贴展示以及评价语让学生感受help at home的意义和自豪感。 通过听音连线让学生感知文本,初步了解Sarah和Sam在家能做什么。 通过课本图片来进行校对。 带着提示观看视频,感受人物的表情和动作。 听音跟读,强调一般疑问句的升调朗读。并通过观察Sarah和Sam的表情和动作体会他们表达能在家承担家务的自豪感。 将第一课时有关John的chant进行迁移运用。结合新授再次滚动复习旧知,为最后chant的创编夯实基础。 从图片阅读到图文配对,再到Yes和No的运用,让学生对调查表进行详细地了解。 师生示范,为学生提供支架,让学生同桌互相进行调查后,拿着自己的调查结果,来梳理自己在家能不能帮忙,能帮哪些忙。 通过教师示范,学生根据自己的调查结果,仿照开篇页的chant来进行创编,再次对自己在家能帮哪些忙做梳理,从而产生自豪感和责任感。Unit 3 Helpful hands
