Thank you for reading my letter.
Dear humans,
I am writing to ask for your help to protect us pandas.
I live in the forests of Sichuan, China. I eat bamboo every day.
Many years ago, there were plenty of bamboo forests for us to live in. But people cut down too many bamboo trees to build houses and make paper. As a result, we had less and less food and places to live, and our number started to drop.
In the future, if things keep going like this, we pandas may have nowhere to live and nothing to eat. Please help us, or we may disappear from the earth.
Thank you for reading my letter.
Yours sincerely,
Meng Meng, a panda
