—It’s eleven o’clock in Beijing. 北京时间11点。
“What’s the time ”意为“几点了？”，用于询问具体的时间点。答语常用“It’s+时间点.”。
确认时间的句型
—Is it twelve o’clock in London 现在是伦敦时间12点吗？
—No, it isn’t. 不，不是。
“Is it+时间点 ”常用于确认现在的时间，肯定回答为“Yes, it is.”，否定回答为“No, it isn’t.。

“What+be动词+主语+doing ”用于询问某人正在做什么事情，答语用“主语+be动词+动词的-ing形式.”。
确认是否正在做某事
—Is Grandma watching TV, too？奶奶也正在看电视吗？
—No, she isn’t. 不，不是。
“Be动词+主语+doing... ”用于确认某人是否正在做某事，肯定回答用“Yes, it is.”，否定回答用“No, it isn’t.”。
