一、动作链
1. 动作的逻辑主语一致时(动作由同一主语发出)
(1) 动作三连结构:主语+谓语A,谓语B and 谓语C
①The rescuer dived,felt around,grasped the man and kicked upward until they both resurfaced.
②He quickly took the books,murmured his thanks and fled the scene.
(2) 非谓语结构:主要动作做谓语,次要动作做非谓语
①I raised my head slowly,forcing a weak smile onto my face.
②Having heard my words,he furrowed his brows slightly.
2. 独立主格结构(动作由不同主语发出)
①The video quickly went viral,with thousands of likes and shares pouring in.
②When I finished,the guards clapped their hands,their faces breaking into smiles.
二、修饰“说”的不同方法
1. 加人物描述(如语言、标签词、描述,用定语从句/同位语/非谓语等)
(1) “I don’t think the soldiers like us,” said Samuel,who looked as if he was about to cry.
(2) “He turned me out of the room this morning,” said John,stamping his foot with excitement.
2. 加语气:in a(n)+形容词+tone/in a tone of+n.,即“用一种……的语气”
