Dear Mom and Dad,
How are you I miss you both so much! My first week at Lhasa High School has been unforgettable, and I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
The campus, surrounded by majestic mountains, has incredibly fresh air and stunning views. ( We can enjoy not only the breathtaking scenery but also the incredibly fresh air on this campus surrounded by majestic mountains. ) My classrooms are spacious and modern, which makes learning even more enjoyable. I’ve made two new friends, Danzen and Zhuoma. They are both friendly and helpful. We explore the school together during breaks.
My classes are interesting but challenging. English is my favorite subject because our teacher, Ms. Huang, makes it fun and engaging. However, math is a bit difficult for me. I plan to work harder and ask for help when needed.
I still feel a little homesick, especially in the evenings. But the evening study sessions with my classmates keep me busy and motivated. The school library has become my favorite place—it’s pretty quiet and full of great books.
Please don’t worry about me. I’m adapting well and learning to be independent. Give my love to Grandma and our little dog, Buddy.
