建议信可以写给个人，针对遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法或观点；也可以写给某个组织或者机构，就改进其服务等提出建议或忠告。建议信要给出写信的原因，建议的内容，
提出建议的理由，而且提出的理由要合情合理，语气一定要得当，既要委婉礼貌，又要有说服力。
【2023·全国I/II卷】假定你是李华，外教Ryan准备将学生随机分为两人一组，让大家课后练习口语，你认为这样分组存在问题。请你给外教写一封邮件，内容包括；

(2) 得知你对……感兴趣, 我写信提供一些关于……的想法。

(2) 具体建议【可用副词strongly/highly】

② (虚拟语气) It is highly suggested/recommended that you (should) do sth. 强烈建议.......
③ (虚拟语气)It is advised/advisable that...... 建议......
④ (虚拟语气) I believe it important that you (should) do sth. / I believe it is of great importance that you (should) do sth. 我相信......很重要。
