1. 锅包肉：Guobaorou is a classic Northeastern Chinese dish. It uses tender pork loin slices coated with starch, deep-fried until golden and crispy. Then it's tossed in a sweet and sour sauce made of sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce. It tastes crispy outside and tender inside, loved by many.锅包肉是经典东北菜。选用鲜嫩猪里脊肉切片，裹淀粉炸至金黄酥脆，再翻炒裹上由糖、醋、番茄酱调制的酸甜酱汁。外酥里嫩，深受大众喜爱。
