听力：Listen to the English radio (like BBC/VOA), watch English movies/TV series (with or without subtitles), try shadowing practice (跟读练习).
口语：Find a language partner, talk to yourself in a mirror, join an English corner, don't be afraid of making mistakes.
阅读：Read graded readers (分级读物), English newspapers (like China Daily), and try to guess the meaning of new words from the context.

How are you doing I was glad to receive your email but sorry to hear that you are having trouble memorizing English words. As a non-native speaker, I completely understand your frustration, and I'd like to share a few methods that have worked well for me.
First of all, I highly recommend learning words in context rather than in isolation. For instance, when you come across a new word while reading an interesting story or watching a favorite TV series like Sherlock, try to guess its meaning from the situation. This will help you remember it much longer and know how to use it correctly.
Besides, making good use of technology can be a game-changer. There are some fantastic apps like Baicizhan , which turn vocabulary learning into a fun game. They use pictures, example sentences, and a scientific review system to reinforce your memory. Most importantly, consistency is key. It's better to learn 10 new words every day than 70 words once a week. I keep a small notebook with me, jotting down new words and their collocations, and I review it during my spare time.
