when的用法
1.接动作类型
可接短暂性动作(瞬间完成的动作，如land、call、go out等)，也可接延续性动作(持续一段时间的动作，如sleep、write等)。
例：I was reading a book when the phone rang.(rang是短暂性动作)
2.时态搭配
主句用过去进行时( was / were + doing )，从句用一般过去时(表示短暂动作)；也可主句用一般过去时，从句用一般过去时(两个动作先后发生)。
例：When I arrived home, my mother was cooking.

while的用法
1.接动作类型
只能接延续性动作(如do、sleep、rain等)且从句常用进行时态(was/were + doing)。
例：While she was singing, I was dancing.
2. 时态搭配
主从句常都用过去进行时，表示两个延续性动作同时发生；
也可主句用一般过去时，从句用过去进行时。
例：While my sister was watching TV, I finished my homework.
