Unit 1 What's on your plate?教学设计
一、核心素养目标
(一)语言能力
1. 掌握核心词汇:plate, rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetable, fruit, egg等食物类词汇,能准确认读、拼写并运用。
2. 掌握核心句型:What's on your plate? There is/are... 能运用句型询问和描述盘子里的食物,实现简单的情景对话。
3. 能听懂关于食物的简短对话、指令,能口头描述自己或他人盘子里的食物,能完成基础的书面练习。
(二)文化意识
1. 了解中西方饮食文化中关于餐具使用、食物搭配的基本差异,尊重不同的饮食习俗。
2. 树立健康饮食观念,认识到荤素搭配、营养均衡的重要性,养成良好的饮食习惯。

二、教学重难点
(一)教学重点
1. 熟练掌握食物类核心词汇,能准确认读、拼写并在语境中运用。
2. 掌握句型What's on your plate?及答句There is/are... ,能在情景中灵活运用句型进行询问和描述。
(二)教学难点
1. There be句型单复数的正确运用,区分There is(修饰单数名词或不可数名词)和There are(修饰复数名词)。
2. 不可数名词(rice, meat等)的认知和搭配,理解其不能直接加s变复数的特点,正确运用对应的句型。
3. 在真实情景中连贯运用词汇和句型进行对话,做到表达流畅、逻辑清晰。
三、教学准备
1. 实物:盘子、米饭、面条、鸡蛋、苹果、胡萝卜等常见食物(或食物模型)。
2. 教具:食物类图片、单词卡片、句型卡片、多媒体课件(包含对话音频、情景视频、练习素材)。
3. 学具:学生自备画纸、彩笔,课堂练习单。
四、教学过程
(一)热身导入,激活兴趣
1. 趣味问候,营造氛围
教师以食物为话题进行问候,拉近与学生的距离,激活已有知识储备。
T: Good morning, class! What did you eat for breakfast today
引导学生用简单的词汇回答,如Rice./Eggs./Noodles. ,教师及时给予肯定和鼓励,为新课学习铺垫。
2. 单词游戏,导入新知
开展“食物猜猜猜”游戏:教师出示食物图片(背面朝向学生),逐步露出图片一角,让学生抢答单词。依次呈现rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetable, fruit, egg等词汇,教师领读,强调发音要点,如vegetable的重音位置、fish的单复数同形特点。
随后出示plate单词卡片,结合实物盘子讲解词义,领读并拼写,让学生触摸实物,加深对词汇的理解。
(二)新知探究,层层突破
1. 句型呈现,感知语境
教师创设情景:拿出准备好的盘子,在盘子里放入一块肉,面向学生提问:Look! This is a plate. What's on your plate 同时配合手势,引导学生理解句型含义。
教师自答:There is some meat on my plate. 板书句型,领读并讲解There is的用法,强调其后接单数名词或不可数名词。
随后在盘子里加入两个鸡蛋,提问:What's on my plate now 引导学生回答:There are two eggs. 教师板书There are句型,讲解其用法,强调其后接复数名词,对比There is和There are的差异。
2. 互动操练,巩固句型
(1)教师示范:邀请学生上台,在盘子里摆放食物,教师用What's on your plate?提问,学生用There is/are...回答,师生共同纠正发音和句型错误。
(2)小组操练:将学生分成4-5人一组,每组发放一套食物图片和一个盘子模型,组员轮流摆放图片,互相提问和回答,教师巡视指导,重点关注句型单复数的正确运用,鼓励学生大胆表达。
(3)句型拓展:教师结合不可数名词rice, meat讲解,如在盘子里放入米饭,提问:What's on the plate 引导学生回答:There is some rice. 强调不可数名词前用some修饰,搭配There is句型。
3. 对话学习,强化运用
(1)播放多媒体课件中的对话音频,让学生闭上眼睛倾听,感知对话内容和语音语调,提问:What are they talking about 引导学生回答:They are talking about the food on the plate.
(2)再次播放音频,学生跟随跟读,逐句模仿发音和语气,教师讲解对话中的重点词汇和句型,解决学生的理解难点。
(3)小组分角色朗读对话,组员分别扮演不同角色,教师指导学生注意语气、语速的把握,鼓励学生加入动作和表情,让对话更生动。
(4)对话创编:引导学生结合自己的喜好,替换对话中的食物词汇,创编新的对话,小组内展示后,邀请2-3组上台表演,教师给予评价和鼓励。
(三)巩固练习,深化运用
1. 词汇巩固:单词配对与拼写
(1)配对练习:教师出示食物图片和单词卡片,让学生上台将图片与对应的单词配对,巩固词汇认读。
(2)拼写练习:教师说出单词,学生在练习本上拼写,随后邀请学生上台板书,师生共同批改,强调易错字母的书写,如vegetable的拼写、egg的双写g。
2. 句型练习:填空与仿写
(1)填空练习:给出不完整的句子,让学生根据提示词填入There is/are... ,如:① ______ some rice on the plate. ② ______ two apples and a banana. 巩固句型单复数的运用。
(2)仿写练习:让学生画出自己理想中的餐盘食物,并用句型What's on your plate There is/are... 进行描述,写3-5句话,教师巡视指导,收集优秀作品进行展示。
3. 情景应用:健康饮食小讨论
教师引导学生围绕“健康餐盘”展开讨论:What food should we put on our plate to keep healthy 鼓励学生结合所学词汇和句型,表达自己的观点,如:There are some vegetables and fruit on my plate. There is some meat, too. 培养学生的健康饮食观念和语言表达能力。
(四)课堂小结,拓展延伸
1. 课堂小结
教师引导学生回顾本节课所学内容,提问:What did we learn today 学生自主总结核心词汇和句型,教师补充完善,强调There be句型单复数的正确运用和不可数名词的搭配要点。
2. 拓展延伸
(1)家庭任务:回家后观察家人餐盘里的食物,用所学句型向家人描述,并用英语记录下来,下节课分享。
(2)文化拓展:简单介绍中西方餐盘食物的差异,如西方人餐盘里常出现牛排、面包,中国人常出现米饭、面条等,鼓励学生课后查阅资料,了解更多饮食文化知识。
