Primarily / Initially, this column would give students a rare chance to share their enjoyable school experiences, such as interesting class activities, club events, or memorable moments with schoolmates. which helps us all appreciate the joy in ordinary school days. Moreover, reading about other students’ interesting stories would surely bring us closer together and build stronger bonds. I firmly agree that community service should be a graduation requirement for high school students.
There are two main reasons for my view. First, community service helps students develop a sense of social responsibility. Second, it provides valuable real-world experience like communicating with different people or cleaning public spaces, we gain practical skills that cannot be learned in classrooms.

Is It Necessary to Have a Gap Year Before College
I believe that taking a gap year can be beneficial for high school graduates before starting their university studies.
There are several reasons why I support this choice. On the one hand, students will deepen the insight into their intended major and bridge the gap between theory and practice by engaging in volunteer work or major-related practical exploration. On the other hand, appropriate relaxation can relieve academic stress and strengthen mental adaptability, thus contributing to students' preparation for higher education.
Naturally, a gap year requires careful planning to avoid wasting time. When used wisely, it can offer rare opportunities for personal growth and development, transforming what may seem like a pause in education into a meaningful life experience.

How to Deal with Academic Involution
Nowadays, academic Involution is becoming increasingly serious among the senior high school students, leading to excessive competition as well as negative impacts on their physical and mental health.
On the one hand, in order to get high marks, students prefer to devote all their time and energy to studying rather than spare a little free time to take exercise so that they feel worn out easily. On the other hand, excessive competition brings students too much study stress, making them feel stressed out and even lose interest in learning.
To deal with this problem, it is wise for students to balance study and rest. For one thing, students should set practical goals and manage time efficiently to avoid unnecessary academic involution. For another, teachers and parents had better encourage students to actively participate in colorful after-class activities, which can help them get refreshed and relieve stress.
In conclusion, combining study and relaxation can effectively ease academic involution and help students grow healthily.

Are Life Skills Classes Necessary？
In my opinion, I am firmly convinced life skills classes are absolutely necessary for students today. They’re key to bridging textbook learning and real life.
While academic subjects provide essential knowledge, life skills prepare us for real-world challenges. They teach practical abilities like healthy cooking, time management, financial planning, and effective communication. which are rarely taught in traditional classrooms. These skills are not just useful and but crucial to become independent and responsible for college life or future work.
In short, life skills education is as important as academic learning. Schools should offer such classes to help us grow into well-rounded individuals.

I’m so glad to hear that you’re interested in my biodiversity research I introduced in the 3-minute Science Speech Activity. During the study, the main challenge was identifying species accurately, especially those that look very similar. Additionally, it was also difficult to collect enough data in a short time.
To solve these problems, I used a field guide and a mobile app for species identification, which improved accuracy. For data collection, I sought help from my biology teacher, who was incredibly helpful with several alternative methods for data analysis. Besides, I worked with teammates to cover more areas and shared our findings online. These methods really worked!
