要求：1.观点鲜明 2. 条理清楚 3. 语言简洁明快
例文：

1.音乐带给你的影响；

立足岗位创一流，我为环保做贡献
尊敬的领导、亲爱的同事们：
大家好！我是一名来自环保基层一线的普通工作者，每天的工作内容是采样、分析、出数据以及写报告。这些工作看似单调又乏味，然而，我却觉得有滋有味，乐在其中。
首先，爱岗敬业的精神是基层工作的基本要求。我市环境监测取样点位多、每月全部采集一遍，工作量大，在我看来加班是家常便饭，再平常不过。日常取样中，我们穿围墙，趟草丛，过垃圾堆，一天去臭水沟取水40多次，在恶劣的环境中，不怕苦不怕累。曾经，我也因身边人工作轻松、收入高，又面对家人的不理解，失落和动摇过，但思来想去还是放不下这份工作，我牢记导师的叮嘱“这份工作需要情怀，平凡又伟大，数据工作是国家生态环境可持续发展的生命线”，这激励我会一直坚守在这个岗位上，乐于奉献，勇于担当。
其次，勇于挑战，提升专业能力是保障。近几年，我市监测站增加了令人“谈核色变”的辐射监测新业务，对新领域，新知识，我应该做的是迎接挑战，迎难而上。我知道，只有一腔热血是不行的，要努力学习，提升专业技能。因此我通过阅读专业书籍，查找资料，利用周末时间参加研修班等学习新知识，从零基础到撰写论文，把不可能变成可能。业务水平的提升，要永不止步，争做一流，我主动承担环保系统进行的辐射监测比赛，白天工作，晚上训练，专注细节，最终获得第三名。
最后，共同进步，推动行业发展是根本任务。基层工作需要大家相互扶持才能成功，除了自身技术过硬，扎根基层实干，攻克技术难关，还主动帮助其他同事提高业务水平，形成“传帮带”氛围，使工作成果在全系统内推广，大家好才是真的好。
千里之行始于足下，在未来的工作中我也会继续立足于岗位，尽我所能为环保工作作出贡献。
