Writing
When it comes to whether studying abroad is advisable, while there are drawbacks, the benefits far outweigh them as long as one is brave, optimistic and hardworking.
For one thing, personal growth is naturally promoted by overseas study, since the education and experiences students receive there can change them for the better. For another, cultural exchange gets a strong boost: Cooperating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds helps us view the world from different angles and thus gives us more insight into our own culture. What’s more, students studying abroad can develop a global perspective and acquire various skills such as language abilities, leadership, organizational skills, and cultural awareness. Not only can these skills bring better career chances but also help them contribute to their motherland’s development.
In short, studying abroad shapes one’s character, deepens the understanding of cultural diversity and pushes forward China’s development, making it a valuable and life-changing experience.
