I couldn’t … Now I love to/like…向学生渗透运动的好处,引导学生合理的运动。激发学生学习英语的热情,保持对英语学习的兴趣,树立学好英语的信心。第一课时、第二课时学习如何描述学校过去和现在的句型为本课时做了很好的铺垫。本课时的重点是四会短语的掌握以及能够在情景中结合适当的句型描述自己对季节和运动的喜好的变化。本课时包括Let’s learn 和match and say两个板块。Let’s learn呈现了吴斌斌去骑自行车、滑冰、打羽毛球的三幅场景图,体现了词汇的意义。此板块呈现的对话情境是吴斌斌向Mike介绍自己对季节和运动的喜好的变化,从而引出学习内容。此话题的设置,符合学生的心理,贴近学生的实际生活,能引起学生学习的共鸣,更能激发学生学习的兴趣。Listen, match and say板块是听力操练活动,由三个小语篇组成,分别由三位同学介绍自己过去和现在的变化,用于巩固操练B Let’s learn板块中的新词和重点句型。本课时虽然是新授课,但是生词较少,句型简单,所以学生很掌握容易。在设计教学过程时,遵循以学生为主体,教师为主导的原则,利用真实的生活情景展开词汇教学,采用游戏、写作等多种活动有效的活动形式巩固教学。教学方法有合作学习法、情景教学法、愉快教学法。教学目标在学习理解层面,学生能够正确地听、说、读、写go cycling , ice-skate , play badminton三个核心短语,能够理解对话的大意,并完成课后的题目。在应用实践层面,学生能运用核心句型 “ Before... Now...”从喜好、能力两大方面谈论自己和同学的变化。在迁移创新层面,学生能写一份关于自我变化的短作文并汇报,学会发现变化、享受变化。教学过程Step 1 Warm-up and lead-inGreetingsPlay a game: I say, you say (复习动词原形与过去式)Let’s chant: 再次呈现刚才出现过的动词原形与过去式。Get to know:呈现关于变化的一些语句。Step 2 Presentation and practice呈现吴斌斌五年级的照片和现在的照片T: When he was in Grade 5, he said: “ I don’t like sports.”Did he like sports before Ss: No, he didn’t.T: Yes. We can say “ Before, Wu Binbin didn’t like sports.” (在课件上呈现这个句子,让学生齐读一次。)T: How about now Look.(指着课件上吴斌斌运动的图片)Ss: Now, he likes sports.T: What can he do now (有一张骑自行车的照片)Ss: He can ride a bike. And his grandpa helped him to go cycling.(学生先听录音感知词组的发音,然后教师带读 cyc-ling,教师带读结束之后,以two by two的形式开火车读,最后分男女读。)读完词组以后T: Could he go cycling before Ss: No, he couldn’t.T: Yes. (学生听录音跟读play badminton) 跟读完之后,教师带读,然后教师提问T: Who can play badminton 有学生举手T: This boy, how to play badminton Show for us!学生展示完之后,教师提问T: Could you play badminton before S: Yes, I could. 或者 S:No, I couldn’t.T: You’re so great!或者 T: Thank you, sit down, please.T: Could Wu Binbin play badminton before Ss: No, he couldn’t. He’s ice-skating.(指着出现的单词ice-skate)ice 和skate 分开教读音,但是学生可能会发出两个/s/的音,要和学生强调只有一个/s/的音。教师带读之后,学生听音频跟读,three by three开火车读。T: Look. Can Wu Binbin ice-skate Ss: Yes, he can.T: Yes. Now he can ice-skate.We also can say “ Now he can go ice-skating.” (这一个句子应该怎么讲)T: Can you ice-skate 有学生举手:T: Show for us.没有学生举手:T: It doesn’t matter. We can learn how to ice-skate.新授单词结束,以“Palm read(手心读,手背不读)”的游戏纯粹操练单词T: You’re so smart. Now I want to play a game with you.在操练单词的时候,课件的页面仍然停留在吴斌斌溜冰的地方,单词操练结束之后,教师提问,引导学生第一次听对话录音。T: During which season do we usually ice-skate Ss: Winter.T: Bingo! Do you like winter Ss: Yes!T: How about Wu binbin Did he like winter before Does he like winter now Let’s listen and answer.第二次听录音回答问题,引导学生找出吴斌斌以前不喜欢冬天以及现在喜欢冬天的原因。T: How do you know Why does he change 第三次观看Let’s learn部分的视频,并跟读视频。呈现对话,让学生总结吴斌斌发生变化的两个方面(喜好、能力)。10.学生根据词语的提示复述出对话的内容。12.以chant的形式唱出吴斌斌的变化。Step 3 Extension and consolidation完成书本上的听力题,学生用句型“Before, Allen couldn’t... Now...”汇报答案。再次呈现出吴斌斌变化的短作文,(准备在呈现之后播放本班部分学生照片对比的短视频),让学生写出关于自己变化的作文。情感教育:Accept and enjoy our changes.
