① 找位置：舌尖轻轻顶住「上牙后面的牙龈凸起处」（像舔上牙内侧的小疙瘩）
② 摆口型：嘴唇微张，稍微往前抿一点点（类似要吹小灰尘的样子）
③ 送气流：舌尖快速离开牙龈，让气流「急促地冲出来」，声音轻、不拖长（像小声说 “吃”，但更短、更有力）

★ Sh的发音
舌位：舌尖略微抬起，靠近上齿龈（但不要接触），舌身两侧轻贴上臼齿，中间形成一条狭长的气流通道。
唇形：双唇稍向前突出，呈圆形或略扁平（类似吹口哨的形状）。
气流：让气流从舌尖和上齿龈之间的缝隙中摩擦通过，声带不振动（用手摸喉咙感受不到震动）。
