① 找位置:舌尖轻轻顶住「上牙后面的牙龈凸起处」(像舔上牙内侧的小疙瘩)
② 摆口型:嘴唇微张,稍微往前抿一点点(类似要吹小灰尘的样子)
③ 送气流:舌尖快速离开牙龈,让气流「急促地冲出来」,声音轻、不拖长(像小声说 “吃”,但更短、更有力)

★ Sh的发音
舌位:舌尖略微抬起,靠近上齿龈(但不要接触),舌身两侧轻贴上臼齿,中间形成一条狭长的气流通道。
唇形:双唇稍向前突出,呈圆形或略扁平(类似吹口哨的形状)。
气流:让气流从舌尖和上齿龈之间的缝隙中摩擦通过,声带不振动(用手摸喉咙感受不到震动)。
