The "Belt and Road" initiative means people in the world make a joint effort to build a community of mutual benefits, common destiny and responsibilities featuring political trust, economic integration and cultural inclusion in the world. This also reflects the increasingly close ties between countries in the world,which is connected like a global village linked by global communication, media, and fast international transportation.
