1. 不定式表目的(作状语)的用法
不定式(to + 动词原形,否定形式为not to + 动词原形)作目的状语时,用于说明主语做某件事的目的,通常位于句子末尾;若要强调目的,也可位于句首,此时常用逗号与主句隔开,核心含义为“为了……”。
2. 不定式表目的的例句
I play the flute to relax. 我吹长笛是为了放松。
Fu Xing started swimming to get over her fear.
傅兴开始游泳是为了克服她的恐惧。
To express feelings, Helen loves painting in her free time. 为了表达情感,海伦喜欢在空闲时间画画。

3. 不定式表目的的练习题及解析
1)He studies hard ______ (pass) the final exam.
答案:to pass(表目的,用不定式)。
2)We come here to visit the old people.
改写:
To visit the old people, we come here.(目的状语提前)。
3)为了不迟到,他跑得很快。
答案:In order not to be late, he ran very fast.(否定形式用In order not to)。
4. 不定式作宾语补足语的用法
不定式作宾语补足语时,用于补充说明宾语的动作或状态。
句子结构通常为“主语 + 谓语动词 + 宾语 + to do sth”。
部分动词(let, make, see, watch等)后的不定式可省略to。

She told me not to give up so easily.
