Be a Smart and Safe Internet User
With the rapid development of technology, the internet has changed people's lives a lot. It makes our life more convenient—we can learn online, buy things easily and talk with friends anytime.
But it also brings some problems. As teenagers, we must follow internet laws and rules. We should protect our personal information, such as our names and home addresses. Before posting anything online, we need to think carefully. If we have trouble, we should ask parents or teachers for help.
In my opinion, the internet is very useful, but we must use it safely. We should not do bad things online and always keep ourselves safe.
Let's start from ourselves and be a smart and safe internet user!

In my opinion, the Internet is a double-edged sword. Only by using it properly can we benefit from it and avoid risks.

Smartphones are getting boring because they are basically no different from the old ones already in our pockets. So scientists are hoping for and working on something new to change our lives. At the moment, the next invention might be smart glasses.
Just imagine: all the information you need appears right in front of you through the glasses. Satellite navigation directions (卫星导航指示)would show up on the road. And your smart glasses could guide you to the right shelf in the supermarket!
Besides daily use, smart glasses could also be used in industry. They could show engineers the instructions they need to fix things more quickly. A doctor could even carry out a big operation, guided in real time by someone on the other side of the world.
These uses may not come true soon, but most of the technologies for inventing smart glasses are already here. For example, one key technology is called AR.It can make digital 3D objects appear as if they were part of the real world. We’ve used it a lot in our video calls. Future glasses will also need to recognize your voice to do tasks, and this technology has been widely used in our daily life.
So why aren't we all wearing smart glasses yet So far, no one has invented a good way to send images of our world onto glasses. However, with the rapid development of technology, smart glasses could arrive much sooner than we think — and they might change our lives just like smartphones did.

Alexander Fleming was a great Scottish scientist who changed medicine forever. Born in 1881 in Scotland, he studied medicine and later worked as a researcher, focusing on fighting infections(感染). During World War I, Fleming saw many soldiers die from wound infections. He noticed that common antiseptics(防腐剂) hurt both human cells and bacteria(细菌), so he wanted to find a safe way to kill harmful bacteria.
In 1928, a lucky event happened. Fleming left some dirty experiment dishes while on vacation, and when he came back, he found a mold(霉菌) growing on one dish. The bacteria around the mold had died, so he named the mold’s active substance(物质)penicillin(青霉素).
At first, it was hard to make much penicillin, but other scientists helped later. They developed it into a medicine, and penicillin saved millions of lives—especially during World War II. In 1945, Fleming won the Nobel Prize for his great discovery.
