Ⅰ主题解读
《国家新课标》提倡 “五育并举”，既：坚持德育为先、提升智育水平、强化体育锻炼、注重美育熏陶、增强劳动意识。劳动属于“人与自我”主题，是高考重要写作考点。
高考真题：2023 年高考全国乙卷 “学习新技能”(投稿)，2020 年高考全国 II 卷的 “农场采摘活动”(短文)；2019 年高考北京卷 “社会实践活动”(周记)。
