Dear Editor,
Having read two letters about their successful experiences in your summer camp, I am writing to share something with you about my lifestyle.
Last few months, I felt so stressed that I got into a habit of overeating a lot of junk food and snacks. Besides, I did little exercise. As a result, I put on so much weight that I found I couldn’t put on my previous jeans and got flu easily. I felt so depressed that I made up my mind to change myself. Because I want to be able to feel happy with how I look and become healthy. So I decided to change the unhealthy lifestyle. Not only will I begin to have a balanced diet, but I will also take an active part in various sports activities such as swimming and jogging. I have great confidence in myself that I can lose my weight and become as fit as before.
I eagerly want to attend your summer camp to change myself for better.
