My Unforgettable School Activity
Last Friday, our school held a voluntary labour in the nearby park. My classmates and I divided into three groups. I was in the third group, responsible for cleaning the children's playground.We brought brooms and brushes, wiping the swings and slides carefully. Though we felt tired and sweaty, seeing the clean equipment made us happy. The activity taught me that helping others brings joy.
It was an unforgettable day for me.
上周五，我们学校在附近的公园组织了一次公益劳动。我和同学们分成了三组，我在第三组，负责打扫儿童游乐场。
我们带着扫帚和刷子，仔细擦拭秋千和滑梯。虽然又累又出汗，但看到干净的游乐设施，我们都很开心。这次活动让我明白，帮助别人能带来快乐。

My Advice on Protecting the Environment
The environment is very important for our life.
But now, some places are getting dirty. We must do something to protect it.First, we should stop throwing litter everywhere. Second, we can plant more trees to make the air fresh. Third, try to use cloth bags instead of plastic bags.
Small actions can make a big difference. Let’s work together to protect our home.
环境对我们的生活至关重要，但现在有些地方变得脏乱。我们必须采取行动保护它。
首先，我们要停止随地乱扔垃圾。其次，我们可以多种树，让空气更清新。第三，尽量用布袋代替塑料袋。

A Precious Friendship
I have a best friend named Li Ming. We have known each other since primary school. He is kind and always ready to help others.Last term, I was ill and missed many lessons. He came to my home every evening to help me with my studies. With his help, I caught up with my classmates soon.
True friendship is like sunshine, warming our hearts. I will cherish this friendship forever.

My Daily Life
I have a regular daily life, which helps me stay healthy and study well. I get up at 6:30 every morning and do some exercise.
After breakfast, I go to school by bike. I listen carefully in class and finish my homework on time every evening. I go to bed at 9:30. On weekends, I often read books or help my parents with housework.
This daily life makes me feel happy and fulfilled.
我有规律的日常生活，这帮助我保持健康、学好功课。我每天早上6点半起床，做一些运动。
早餐后，我骑自行车去上学。课堂上我认真听讲，晚上按时完成作业，9点半睡觉。周末，我经常看书或帮父母做家务。

My Dream Job
Everyone has a dream job. My dream is to be a teacher when I grow up. I think teachers are great because they help students learn knowledge and grow up.
To make my dream come true, I study hard every day. I try to learn all subjects well and practice speaking in public. I also learn to be patient with others.
I believe if I keep working hard, my dream will come true one day.
每个人都有梦想的工作。我的梦想是长大后成为一名老师。我认为老师很伟大，因为他们帮助学生学习知识、茁壮成长。
为了实现梦想，我每天努力学习，尽力学好所有科目，练习在众人面前发言。我还学会对别人有耐心。

A Happy Weekend
Last weekend, I spent a happy time with my family. On Saturday morning, we went to the zoo and saw many cute animals. I liked the monkeys best—they played around happily.
In the afternoon, we went to the library to read books. On Sunday, my mom taught me to cook noodles. It was interesting to make food by myself.
This weekend was full of joy, and I felt very happy.
上周末，我和家人度过了一段快乐的时光。周六早上，我们去了动物园，看到了许多可爱的动物。我最喜欢猴子，它们开心地四处玩耍。

My Favorite Festival
My favorite festival is the Spring Festival. It is the most important festival in China, and people celebrate it with their families. Every year, my family gets together on New Year's Eve. We eat a big dinner with delicious food like dumplings. My parents give me red envelopes, and we watch the Spring Festival Gala.
I always have a great time during the Spring Festival. It makes me feel the warmth of family.

How to Learn English Well
English is an important subject in middle school. Many students want to know how to learn it well. Here are some useful tips for you.First, listen to English tapes every morning to improve your listening. Second, speak English as much as possible with classmates. Third, keep a diary in English every day.
As long as you stick to it, your English will get better.

My Hometown
I live in a small city in Yunnan. It is a beautiful place with fresh air and green mountains. I love my hometown very much because it is full of love and warmth.There are many delicious local foods here, and the people are very kind. Every weekend, I like to walk along the river with my family.
My hometown is getting more and more beautiful. I am proud of it.

My Weekend Plan
The weekend is coming soon. I make a plan to spend it meaningfully. I want to balance study and rest.On Saturday morning, I will finish my homework first. In the afternoon, I will go hiking with my friends to enjoy nature. On Sunday, I will visit my grandparents and help them with housework.
I believe this weekend will be wonderful.
周末很快就要到了。我制定了一个计划，想过得有意义一些，做到学习和休息两不误。周六早上，我会先完成作业；下午和朋友去徒步，感受大自然。周日，我会去看望爷爷奶奶，帮他们做家务。
