二、一般过去时
1.用法:可以用来表述过去某个时间发生的事情或行为;还可以用来描述事物过去的状态或过去经常发生的事情。
2.谓语形式:动词的过去式。
Well, I visited the Giant’s Causeway two years ago.
I was very thin in my childhood.
I got up very early when I was a college student.
三、现在进行时
1.用法:可以用来表述现在正在发生的事情或行为。还可以用来表示为将来安排好的活动和事件。
2.谓语形式: be + 动词的现在分词(v.-ing)。
Am I going the right way
My elder brother is coming tomorrow.
We are having a meeting tomorrow morning.
四、过去进行时
1.用法:表示过去某一时刻或某一段时间内正在发生的动作。
2.谓语形式:was / were + 动词的现在分词(v.-ing)。
I was having breakfast when he telephoned me.

1、概念：
1) 表示在过去一个比较具体的时间正在发生的动作。
2) 如果when, while这样的时间状语引导词所引导的主从句之一是一般过去时，则另一个句子常用过去进行时。
2、标志词：at this time yesterday, at that time，at+具体几点钟，以when引导的谓语动词是一般过去时的时间状语等
3、动词形态： was/were+V-ing
过去进行时
表示在具体的过去某个时刻，正在发生的动作或状态

现在完成时：过去发生或已经完成的动作对现在造成的影响或结果，或从过去已经开始，持续到现在的动作或状态。
结构： have/has + done （动词的过去分词）
标志词：already, yet, just, recently, lately, since+时间点, for+时间段，ever, never等。
例句：I have worked for two years.
—Have you worked for two years
—No, I haven’t.
I haven’t worked for two years.

结构：was/were+v.-ing
标志词：then, at this time yesterday, at that time, at that moment yesterday, at 7 o’clock last night,以when引导的谓语动词是一般过去时的时间状语。
例句：He was working then.
—Was he working then —No, he wasn’t.
He wasn’t working then.

现在完成时：过去发生或已经完成的动作对现在造成的影响或结果，或从过去已经开始，持续到现在的动作或状态。
结构： have/has + done （动词的过去分词）
