　　（2024 九省联考）你校英文报计划举办主题为“携手行动，节约粮食”的作文比赛。请你写一则活动通知，内容包括：
　　（1）介绍活动目的；
　　（2）说明参赛要求。
注意：（1）写作词数应为80个左右；

——探究失分原因
1.语言风格不恰当
有些学生在写作时习惯运用较多具有感彩的语言，这与通知类文体不匹配。通知类应用文语言需要简洁明了、表述客观，把事情告知清楚即可。
2.时态、语态错误
通知类文体内容以一般将来时和一般现在时为主。此外，该文体多用被动语态突出主题。
3.时间、地点错乱
时间和地点在句子中的顺序是一些学生的迷茫点。一般情况下，为避免繁琐或内容分散，活动的时间和地点通常在同一句子中出现。

通知是上级对下级、组织对成员安排工作、传达信息或告知某一事件时使用的一种应用文体，通常分为口头通知和书面通知两种。具体写作架构为：

①（2025 河南省九师联盟押题信息卷）The group will meet every Friday afternoon from 3：00 pm to 4：30 pm in Room 301 of the Classroom Building.
②（2025 河南省九师联盟押题信息卷）Our activities will include engaging in lively conversations on a wide range of topics， participating in role－playing exercises， and practicing with native speakers whenever possible.
③All students are welcome to attend.You are supposed to arrive on time， listen carefully and respect the lecturer.

　　To raise students’ awareness of saving food， our school English newspaper is scheduled to hold a writing competition， whose theme is “Hand in Hand， Save the Food”.【说明通知的目的及内容】
　　Anyone in our school interested in the competition is welcome to participate.Entries should consist of an original piece of writing with 400 words or fewer.They should be related to the theme and show how we can contribute to saving food.Please mail your entry to our email address englishpaper@ by January 31 and the result will be published on May 1.【说明参赛要求】

　　Good news! Our English Corner is inviting you to share your most breathtaking travel moments during your vacations， whether you chanced upon an amazing view or a unique celebration routine.
　　If you’d like to participate， please send your article of less than 350 words to englishcorner@guangmingschool.edu with your name and telephone number attached.The closing date for all entries is June 12.Ten articles will be selected and the winners will be announced on July 1.If your story is selected， you will receive ￥200 to put towards your next trip!
　　Everyone is welcome to attend/take part in it.
