In April 2013, an earthquake hit Lushan County in Ya’an, Sichuan Province. It was the first time that 15 year old Zeng Qiangfei had experienced an earthquake. At that time, rescuers (救援者) from all over the country came to help. Zeng remembered seeing them working day and night searching for signs of life. He was grateful (感激的) to the rescuers and saw them as his heroes.
