express v. 表达；表示；表露；快递
（1）表达想法、情感等，常见搭配 express one's feelings/ideas “表达某人的感情 / 想法” 。例如：You should learn to express your ideas clearly.（你应该学会清晰地表达自己的想法。）
（2）express oneself “表达自己的意思；表现自我” 。如：He can't express himself well in English.（他不能用英语很好地表达自己。）
expression n. 表达；表示；表情
构成短语 facial expression “面部表情” 。 例如：His facial expression shows that he is angry. （他的面部表情显示他很生气。）
Language point
还可意为“从（疾病、惊讶等）中恢复 ”。
get over 中 over为介词，因此宾语无论是名词还是代词，均应放在 over之后。
She realized that being afraid to speak in front of others was a bad habit, so she got over it. 她认识到不敢在他人面前讲话是不好的习惯，所以她克服了它。
