Analysis of the teaching material.
[What] This class is about greeting. This is the first term of Ss' junior school. They will greet with many new teachers and classmates. This will help them know how to greet with others.
[Why] Making new friends and communicating with others is necessary for Ss in this new term. Ss can obtain lots of happiness through communication.
[How] Teacher will tell Ss many expressions for greet in the classroom.By listening and speaking practice, Ss get to know more classmates and remember many Ss' names and information.
Analysis of the students.
Ss have already known many simple ways to greet to others in starter units, while they may not know how further the conversations, especially nationality, age,name and so on.
