What does the sentence mean:
“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
If a person only works or studies all the time and never takes time to relax or have fun, they will become bored, tired, and less interesting. It’s important to balance study with play so that we can stay happy, creative, and full of energy.
Work and play should be balanced — too much work without fun makes life boring and unhealthy."
