Step 1: Choose dishes from China or any other country.

To keep good health, we must eat healthily.Healthy eating doesn't just mean what you eat. Here is something you should think about.
◆ Eat breakfast. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of a day. You go to bed in the evening and you don't eat for a long time. You really need food the next morning. It provides(提供) what your body needs.
◆ Eat healthy food. Some love junk food like hamburgers and ice-cream. They eat it every day. But eating it much is not good for you. Some don't like vegetables, but they are really good for you.
