When Yaming is asked about a ping-pong bat found by Emma, he confirms it's his. Emma says she hardly ever plays ping-pong as she's not very good at it. Meanwhile, Although Jim seldom plays ping-pong, he often play badminton. Yaming shares that he also enjoys playing badminton. 1. — What do you usually do on weekends
你在周末通常干什么？
— I often go to the movies.
(1) 前一个do为助动词，构成疑问句结构，后一个do
为实义动词，“做，干”。助动词do要随人称、
时态等做相应的变化。
例：她周末干什么？

(2) weekend作名词，“周末（星期六和星期日)”,

How often + 助动词 do (does 或 did) + 主语 + do sth. 是对频率（多久一次）进行提问。疑问词 how often (在这里助动词 do, does, 或 did 是起疑问的作用) 与一般现在时或一般过去时连用，回答一般用表频率的副词 always, usually, often, sometimes, never 等或者是“数次 + 一段时间”，如 once/twice a month, three times a month, every year, every week 等。

【详解】there be 结构
　“There is/are+名词+地点状语.”表示“某地有······”。当名词为可数名词单数或不可数名词时，应用“There is...”,当名词为可数名词复数时，应用“There are...”。
There is an apple on the table.　桌子上有一个苹果。
There is lots of rice in the house.　房屋里有许多大米。
There are many trees around our village.　我们村周围有许多树。
There is a ping-pong bat here.这里有个乒乓球拍。
(2)名词所有格
　用来表示物品的所有关系。主要有以下用法：
①一般情况下，在单数名词的词尾加“'s”。
　Lily's book 莉莉的书
②以-s结尾的复数名词在词尾加“'”。

③不以-s结尾的复数名词在词尾加“'s”。
　Women's Day 妇女节
