英语中具体次数主要有两种表达方式：
①“次数+a+单数时间名词”，如once a week。注意，除一次（once）、两次（twice）外，其他次数都用“基数词+times”表示，如three times（三次）。
②“every+时间名词”，如every week、every 30 minutes。
