(1) 在现在进行时的被动语态中，be (am/is/are)为第一助动词，being为第二助动词，二者缺一不可，且不可互换位置。

法律正在被修订以便更好地保障妇女和儿童的权利。

(2) 部分介词短语介词不可省略
take care of, look after, talk about, think of 等动词与介词构成的短语用于现在进行时的被动语态时，其中的介词不可省略

(3) 不及物动词(短语)非持续性动词表示存在意义/所属关系/静态特征的动词以及系动词不用于现在进行时的被动语态。
