Subject: Re: A travel plan to Xi’an
Dear Richard,
It was fantastic to hear from you! I’m absolutely thrilled that you and your family are planning a trip to my city. Xi’an is full of history, and I’m sure you’ll love it.
Your plan to see the Terracotta Army is excellent. It truly is an unbelievable sight. I also highly recommend visiting the Muslim Quarter. It’s hard to believe how many delicious local snacks you can find there! If you have time, cycling on the City Wall in the evening is also a wonderful experience.
Thank you for asking about my plan. Over the holiday, my family and I are taking the high-speed train to Chengdu to visit my grandparents. We’re going to stay there for three days. While we’re there, we’re planning to visit Kuanzhai Alley and, of course, we’re all looking forward to eating authentic Sichuan hot pot! I’m really excited to see my family and relax a little.
I hope you have a safe and comfortable journey on the train. I’m really looking forward to seeing the photos from your trip. Write to me if you have any other questions about Xi’an!
Best wishes,
Xiao Li
