Do you know what a wellness book is
Usually, a wellness book shows readers how to create and control their own well-being(健康). Using the book, in combination with modern medical treatments, will aid in prevention and treatment of a series of illnesses.

A wellness book
Here, a high school class has a wellness book in which a group of students exchange ideas about health and fitness.

Now, I share my change of health conditions with you.
I liked eating junk food and disliked working out regularly in the past, so I put on weight easily. As a result, I was out of breath when I walked upstairs. I felt tired all day. When I consulted a doctor, he advised me to have a balanced diet as well as working out. From then on, I worked out every day and cut the junk food out. Half a year later, I become slim again and feel energetic all day.
From my experience, I have learned that a balanced diet and working out make a difference to our health. Not only should we eat healthy food but also work out regularly.
