基数词
我们通常用基数词来谈论数量的多少。下面是基数词的构成：
●20以下的基数词
0=zero 4=four 8=eight 12=twelve 16=sixteen
1=one 5=five 9=nine 13=thirteen 17=seventeen
2=two 6=six 10=ten 14=fourteen 18=eighteen
3=three 7=seven 11=eleven 15=fifteen 19=nineteen
注意：13-19这几个数均以teen结尾。
●20及以上的基数词
20=twenty 30=thirty 40=forty 50=fifty 60=sixty
70=seventy 80=eighty 90=ninety 100=hundred
21=twenty-one 22=twenty-two 23=twenty-three 24=twenty-four 25=twenty-five 26=twenty-six 27=twenty-seven 28=twenty-eight 29=twenty-nine
注意：
1.20以上100以内的整十数，均以ty结尾；20以上的非整十数，书写时要在十位和个位之间加连字符。
2.13的重音放在第二个音节上，30的重音在第一个音节上。
●百位数（百=hundred） 234 two hundred and thirty-four
注意：百位和十位之间要用and,and轻读。
●千位数（千=thousand） 2,345 two thousand three hundred and forty-five
注意：在非正式文体中，2,300也可以写作twenty-three thousand。
●1,000以上的较大数字（百万=million）

序数词
用序数词来谈论日期、楼层、位置等。

口诀：1.123特殊记。
