Determined to avoid previous misfortune, Jack improved his lifestyle with a focus on healthy eating. He replaced fast food with nutritious meals: whole wheat bread with fresh fruit for breakfast, a well-balanced salad with grilled chicken for lunch, and steamed fish with vegetables for dinner. This new diet increased his energy and concentration, removing physical tiredness and improving his study productivity.
Acknowledging this as the beginning of success, Jack put more effort into his studies, maintaining healthy eating diets at the same time.With enough intake of water and fruit, he was confident to excel in the future college entrance exam, as this time he finally understood the saying: “You are what you eat”.
