为固定短语，
意为 “从…… 中长出、破土而出”。
taller and taller：这是“比较级+and+比较级”的固定结构，表示 “越来越……”
flower在这里是动词，意思是 “开花”（如果作名词就是 “花朵”）。
Activity 1
First, it’s a seed.
It needs some soil and water.
Then, it grows out of the soil.
It needs sunlight, air and water to make food.
Little by little, it grows taller and taller.
It needs a stick to help stand up.
After a few days, it begins to flower.
It needs bees, because they can help it grow fruit.
At last, some little bean pods come out.
In the pods, there are the new seeds.

Hello, everyone! Let’s talk about the needs of a sunflower’s growth.
First, when it is a seed, it needs soil and water. Then, it grows out of the soil. It needs sunlight, air and water to make food. Little by little, it grows taller and it needs more sunlight and water to keep growing. After a few days, it begins to flower. It needs bees because they can help it grow seeds. At last, the flower becomes big and produces seeds.
