Today I want to talk about a great job—a scientist. A scientist does research and experiments to discover new things and solve big problems. They use their knowledge to make the world a better place. I think this job is great because scientists can help so many people. Their work really changes the world.
A very famous scientist is Yuan Longping. He invented hybrid rice, which has a higher output and can feed lots of people. He worked in the fields for over 50 years and never gave up.
I want to be a scientist in the future. I hope I can invent something useful to help people. To make my dream come true, I will study hard. I will read more books about science. I will also join science clubs to learn more.
