I felt lonely and stressed， and it was hard for me to focus on my studies. Later， I decided to talk to him calmly. I said I valued our friendship and hoped we could understand each other. We made rules together， like not making noise after 10 p.m. Slowly， we got along better. You could try communicating openly with your roommate first. Tell her your feelings politely.
