He Jing didn’t start climbing mountains until she was 18. Her first climb， in 2006， was in the Qinling Mountains. That made her interested in the sport. Mount Taishan： A Cultural and Natural Gem
Mount Taishan lies in the middle of Shandong Province， China. It is about 1，545 metres high. It is one of the Five Sacred Mountains of China.
The mountain is famous for its beautiful views， such as high cliffs， ancient pine trees， and the sea of clouds. The “Sunrise from the East” and “Sunset Glow” are among the most famous views.
