I have some good eating habits. I eat three meals a day, and I have them on time. I eat a lot of vegetables too. Some of my friends don’t like carrots or other vegetables, and they don’t eat them, but I eat all kinds of vegetables.
However, I have some bad eating habits too. First, I drink too many soft drinks. I love soft drinks because they taste so good! But soft drinks usually have a lot of sugar. They’re bad for me. Second, I don’t drink enough water. I drink water when I am thirsty, but it’s better to drink before I get thirsty. In future, I should drink more water.

Hello, everyone. I’m Li Hua. I would like to share something about my eating habits with you.
In the morning, I usually have some dumplings for my breakfast. I like to eat some rice and vegetables for my lunch. My favorite fruit is apple. As a Chinese saying goes: An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
However, in the afternoon, sometimes I eat junk food. It’s bad for my health. And in the evening, my mother cooks many food and I’m very hungry after school, so I eat too much food. It’s unhealthy. So I should eat less in the evening.
In order to keep healthy, let’s eat healthy food and avoid eating junk food. Don’t eat too much in the evening.

That makes me put on weight. What’s more, I don’t like eating vegetables and fruit.
You are what you eat. Bad eating habits may stay with us our whole life, so it is best to develop good eating habits early! I want to improve my eating habits. I try to eat more vegetables and drink milk every day. And I decide to have breakfast on time.
