People often ask what the weather is like in Australia. The answer is that it changes a lot! Why Because Australia is such a large country, so weather in different parts is different in the country.
The northern parts of Australia are hot all year round because it is closer to the equator（赤道）. In the north, summer is also the rainy season.
The areas along the coast around Sydney are warm in winter with the lowest temperatures about 50℉ to 60℉ . Summer there is warmer and the temperature is about 80℉ .
